Annie is a Partner in the Litigation, Class Actions, Product Liability and Construction groups. Annie's practice focuses on a
broad range of complex matters, including construction and class action litigation. She represents clients in almost every
sector of the construction industry ranging from owners to general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on issues
involving fi nancing, construction defects, project management, professional liability and breach of contract.
Tony is a Partner and Regional Leader of Fasken's National Antitrust/Competition & Marketing Group. Tony advises on all
aspects of Canadian competition law, including mergers, criminal cartel cases, advertising and marketing practices, abuse
of dominance and other reviewable practices. Tony also represents parties in investigations, litigated proceedings before the
Competition Tribunal and class action litigation.
