ELDORADO CLOSES SALE OF ITS
CHINESE MINING ASSETS TO YINTAI
On November 21, 2016, Eldorado Gold Corpora-
tion (Eldorado) completed the sale of its respective
interest in the White Mountain and Tanjianshan
mines and the Eastern Dragon development proj-
ect in China to an affiliate of Yintai Resources Co.
Ltd. (Yintai) for US$600 million in cash, subject
to certain closing and post-closing adjustments,
pursuant to a share purchase agreement executed
on May 16, 2016.
