CANADA GOOSE COMPLETES IPO CLOSING DATE: MARCH 21, 2017 On March 21, 2017, Canada Goose Hold- ings Inc. completed its initial public offering of 23 million subordinate voting shares at an initial offering price of $17.00 per share, which included the exercise in full by the underwriters of an over-allotment option to purchase up to 3 million additional subordi- nate voting shares, for total gross proceeds of $391 million to Canada Goose and the sell- ing shareholders. e offering was composed of a treasury offering by Canada Goose and of a secondary offering by selling sharehold- ers that included an investment fund advised by Bain Capital as well as DTR LLC. CIBC Capital Markets, Credit Suisse, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and RBC Capital Markets served as joint book-running man- agers and as representatives of the underwrit- ers for the offering. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BMO Capital Markets, TD Securities and Wells Fargo Securities also acted as joint book-running managers and Baird and Canaccord Genuity acted as co-managers for the offering.
