tion ("Eldorado") completed the sale of its respec-
tive interest in the White Mountain and Tanjian-
shan mines and the Eastern Dragon development
project in China to an affiliate of Yintai Resources
Co. Ltd. ("Yintai") for US$600 million in cash,
subject to certain closing and post-closing adjust-
ments, pursuant to a share purchase agreement
that was executed on May 16, 2016.
Eldorado is a Canada-based, low-cost gold pro-
ducer with operations in Turkey, Greece, Romania
and Brazil.
Yintai Resources Co. Ltd. is a non-ferrous met-
als mining company.
