43,000-barrel-a-day pipeline system that
connects these facilities, and the respon-
sibility for the potential construction of a
$1.85-billion propane dehydrogenation facil-
ity located near the Redwater fractionator.
e acquisition was financed by the net
proceeds from a $600-million subscription
receipt offering, $350 million of new term
debt and the balance drawn under Inter
Pipeline's recently expanded $1.5-billion
committed revolving credit facility.
Inter Pipeline was represented internally
by Anita Dusevic Oliva, Vice President, Le-

Legal Counsel in relation to transactional

On October 21, 2016, Infrastructure On-
tario (IO) and Mackenzie Health (MH)
announced that financial close was reached
on the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital
in Ontario's York Region. In August 2016,
Plenary Health was awarded the fixed-price
contract to design, build, finance and main-
tain the new hospital.
e contract is valued at approximately
$1.3 billion (reflecting the payments made
during construction, the substantial comple-
tion payment and the monthly service pay-
ments before inflation adjustments).
