Robert Wisner is a partner in the litigation department and Co-chair of its International Arbitration Group,
which is ranked amongst the world's top 100 practices by Global Arbitration Review. His practice focuses on

cases involving businesses and governments from around the world before international arbitral tribunals es-

all levels of the federal and provincial courts in Ontario and Québec, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Member of the Faculty of Law and lecturer in civil litigation at McGill University. Author of Cases and
Materials on Civil Procedure (Carswell Legal Publications, 1987) and numerous articles and papers, including
"Measuring the Results of Class Actions," IBA Conference on Class Actions, Rome, 2007. Called to the Bars
of Québec in 1976, Ontario in 1979, Alberta and British Columbia in 2006, England and Wales in 2007 and
Barreau de Paris in 2013. He has also acted as an attorney and arbitrator, either as president or member of an
arbitration tribunal, in many commercial and international arbitrations, including ICC and ad hoc.

Joseph R. Nuss joined Woods LLP as Senior Counsel in 2009 upon retiring from the Québec Court of Ap-
peal. Practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration and mediation. Appointed Claims Officer
in the restructuring and reorganization of the AbitibiBowater companies. Before appointment to court he
specialized in litigation, appeared as counsel before SCC and other levels of court. Was counsel before several
Federal Commissions of Inquiry. Lectures on arbitration and mediation. At IBA Conference, delivered paper
on "Public Policy invoked as a ground for contesting the enforcement of an arbitral award or for seeking its an-
nulment." One of the authors of arbitration chapter in LegisPratique: Code de procédure civile annoté. Member

Stephen L. Drymer joined Woods as Partner and Head of International Arbitration in January 2013 aer
many years as Co-chair of International Arbitration at a major Canadian and international firm. Drymer's
practice is focused on domestic and international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He acts as
counsel, as well as arbitrator and mediator, in domestic and international commercial and investment disputes,
and advises parties on a broad range of issues associated with the design, negotiation, draing and implemen-
tation of dispute resolution agreements and strategies. Educated and trained in both common law and civil
law, he has acted in disputes in a wide array of industries, involving the laws of many jurisdictions, in both insti-
tutional and ad hoc proceedings. Drymer is as well very active as counsel and arbitrator in the resolution of
sport-related disputes in Canada and internationally. A member of various institutional rosters of arbitrators
and mediators, Drymer is recognized as one of the world's leading international lawyers and arbitrators.
