Sarah Armstrong is a Vice-chair of Fasken Martineau's Ontario Litigation Department and is Co-chair
of the firm's Arbitration Practice Group. Armstrong is an experienced litigator with a broad litigation,
arbitration and dispute resolution practice with a focus on complex commercial and contractual disputes
and class actions. Armstrong advocates for clients in a variety of industries, including mining, automotive,
professional services, health, retail and manufacturing in the context of a wide range of types of disputes,
including securities and products liability class actions, contractual and other commercial disputes,
professional liability matters and employment litigation. Armstrong has courtroom advocacy experience at
both the trial and appellate levels, having acted as lead counsel and co-counsel in a range of matters before all
levels of court in Ontario and before arbitration tribunals. Armstrong is a member of the Board of Directors
of e Advocates' Society and is a frequent speaker and skills instructor on a wide range of topics related
to litigation and advocacy.

Hilary Book represents clients in a broad variety of commercial litigation matters. Book's clients conduct
business in multiple jurisdictions, and she has experience working with counsel across borders to develop and
implement unified litigation and business strategies. Book has litigated questions of jurisdiction, choice of
law and the enforcement of foreign orders, and has acted in shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases,
real estate disputes, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Book has a particular interest in fraud cases,
and has experience dealing with forensic accounting issues, orders freezing assets and serious civil contempt.
She also has a growing practice defending manufacturers in several different industries from product liability
claims. She has appeared as lead counsel at trials, motions and applications in the Ontario Superior Court of
Justice as well as on motions and appeals to the Ontario Court of Appeal. Book is the leader of WeirFoulds
Women, the firm's Zenith-Award-winning women lawyers' group, and is a long-time volunteer with Pro
Bono Law Ontario.

Kris Borg-Olivier has a broad litigation practice with a particular focus on
