Marek Nitoslawski's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and protection. He provides strategic
advice to multinational corporations, luxury brand owners, broadcasters and other major clients with a view
to optimizing protection of their intellectual property assets in an evolving global environment. Nitoslawski
has successfully handled litigation involving patents, copyright, trade-marks, trade dress, trade secrets and
unfair competition before the Québec courts, the Federal Court of Canada at the trial and appellate levels,
and before the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a senior IP litigator who has been involved in many complex
trans-border patent and trade-mark cases. Nitoslawski also regularly counsels leading-edge technology ven-

Internet. He recently successfully argued the landmark case CBC v. SODRAC before the Supreme Court,
