Robert MacFarlane is a partner with Bereskin & Parr LLP. MacFarlane's practice focuses on litigation for
patent, trade-mark, copyright and confidential information cases. He has over 40 years of litigation experience
and has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada,
the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is frequently ranked by several recognized
