Scott Dawson is a trial lawyer with significant experience in a broad range of commercial disputes. He regu-
larly appears before British Columbia courts and tribunals as part of his business-focused civil litigation prac-
tice. His cases have covered a wide variety of issues in corporate and commercial litigation, including directors'
fiduciary duties, class actions, international and domestic agency disputes, shareholder disputes and corporate
reorganizations. Dawson also has considerable experience resolving disputes involving real estate transactions,
negligence claims, workplace disputes and a broad array of media matters, including crisis management. He
