than 200 high-profile capital markets transactions, including the strategic review process in 2013 for Black-
Berry, including the related $1.25 billion financing. Acts as lead advisor to Fairfax Financial on their M&A
mandates, going-private transactions, strategic investments and capital markets transactions, which include
over C$7 billion of debt/equity financing transactions. Led the Goldman Sachs sale of Alliance Films to
eONE and also led the first cross-border bond offering by a First Nation enterprise in Canada (2014). Also ad-
