in São Paulo, Brazil and for two years as Director of Project Development for an international energy company

mining. Has represented all of the principal parties on a variety of project finance transactions, including
lenders, sponsors, equity investors, arrangers and underwriters, contractors, service providers and public au-
thorities. Also has extensive experience in banking law and regularly advises lenders and borrowers in sophis-
ticated international and domestic debt financing transactions. An adjunct professor of law at Osgoode Hall
