She represents clients in the mining, construction, engineering, oilfield service and technology industries. Stevenson's practice encompasses all matters pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and corporate/ commercial transactions. His Corporate | Commercial practice includes corporate reorganizations of pub- lic and private corporations (both domestically and internationally), primarily for oilfield service, oil and gas and technology-based companies.
