Rook appears in courts throughout Canada in commercial and administrative law claims, including most recently in Nova Scotia and Manitoba. He is recognized by Chambers Global as "among the most sought-aer compe- tition litigators in Canada." He acts for the Commissioner of Competition in mergers and reviewable practices, as well as numerous clients in the private sector in both civil and criminal proceedings under the Competition Act. He writes extensively in his areas of expertise and is a frequent speaker. In the community, Rook is Chair of the St. Andrew's College Foundation. James Musgrove is Co-chair of the Competition and Antitrust Practice at McMillan LLP. Musgrove practices primarily in the areas of competition, antitrust and foreign investment law.
