Dennis Leung is a Chartered Business Valuator, with over 14 years of experience providing
valuation and litigation support services. Leung has experience preparing business valua-
tions in connection with shareholder disputes, income tax disputes, corporate reorganiza-
tions and financial reporting. He also has experience preparing reports quantifying finan-
cial loss for the purpose of determining damages arising from breach of contract or breach
of fiduciary duty. Leung has performed numerous presentations on the topic of business
valuations and has qualified as an expert witness in the Tax Court of Canada.
Dan Lundenberg is the National Leader of theUS Corporate Tax Group for Grant orn-
ton LLP (Canada) and is also the leader of the US Corporate Tax Group for Grant orn-
ton in Southern Ontario. Lundenberg and his team assist Canadian corporations struc-
ture their US business operations in a tax-efficient manner. He and his team also prepare
his clients' US tax corporate and partnership returns. Lundenberg has extensive experience
in providing sound and favorable advice within the context of corporate transactions, such
as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, refinancing, reorganization and restructuring,
among others. He has over 25 years of US tax experience – in New York City, Montréal
and Toronto – and has specialized in advising non-US companies on their US operations
and business activities. Lundenberg is also the Grant ornton Canada leader on the For-
eign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).

A lawyer by profession, Tina Korovilas practices in the area of federal corporate interna-
tional income tax, with particular focus on advising multinationals on international tax
matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and structured
finance. Her clients have included large financial institutions and public companies in the
steel, mining and manufacturing industries, large private corporations and private-equity
firms. Korovilas brings 16 years of experience and has a significant international network,
having worked in Toronto, New York, London (UK) and Athens (Greece).
Jennifer Fiddian-Green leads the National Forensic and Dispute Resolution Advisory
practice at Grant ornton. She works with clients to investigate fraud, comply with leg-
islation, as well as providing litigation support services. Fiddian-Green has investigated,
reported and managed numerous large complex fraud investigations for both government
organizations and private companies. ese engagements have required Fiddian-Green to
conduct interviews of both witnesses and suspects, formulate and plan investigative ap-
proaches, manage and maintain evidence continuity, as well as assist with the execution
of Anton Piller orders. Fiddian-Green also provides expert witness services for complex
litigation cases.
