Gerry Stobo's practice focuses on public procurement law and government contracting,
trade law and public law. He acts for governments and private-sector clients on complex
public procurement law matters and trade cases involving dumping and subsidy claims.
Additionally, he represents national and international corporations dealing with customs
compliance and anti-corruption compliance matters. General Counsel at the Canadian
International Trade Tribunal (1995‒2001). He is leader of BLG's Public Procurement Law

trade remedies, export and import controls, economic sanctions, tariff classification,
