Gordon Chambers is a partner who advises on all aspects of securities law, including
mergers & acquisitions (take-over bids and going-private transactions) and public and
private off erings of securities. He also advises special committees of boards of directors
and assists in proxy contests. Chambers acts for a wide range of clients in diverse indus-
tries, with a particular focus on mining companies. He has extensive experience advising
dual-listed issuers, particularly Australian companies that are dual-listed on the TSX.

Chris Baldwin practices corporate commercial and mining law. He advises on acqui-
