Jean-Pierre Chamberland is Co-head of the Corporate/Commercial section in the
Montréal offi ce. Chamberland specializes in securities, corporate fi nance, mergers and
acquisitions and structured products. He advises issuers, boards and committees, inves-
tors and investment banks in transactions involving public and private companies in a
wide range of business sectors. Chamberland is a member of the Legal Advisory Commit-
tee of the Autorité des marchés fi nanciers. He was called to the Québec Bar in 1995 and
completed the Canadian Securities Business Course of the Canadian Securities Institute
