John Vettese is a partner who practices in the area of corporate fi nance and M&A in
the mining, technology and diversifi ed industries sectors. He has acted as lead counsel
on several M&A transactions and for a number of public clients and investment dealers
involved in complex and innovative securities matters. Vettese has signifi cant experience
in advising emerging and mid-market companies that are navigating their way through
the public markets for the fi rst time. He has developed a particular expertise in the
emerging area of cross-border initial public off erings by US emerging and mid-market
