Marc Novello specializes in corporate fi nance. He represents and advises lending
syndicates and investors in project fi nancing, public and private take-over bids, asset
acquisitions and debt restructuring. He also represents borrowers in connection with

Xeno Martis specializes on a cross-Canada basis in project fi nancing, corporate
fi nancing and insolvency. He leads teams of lawyers acting on behalf of lending syndi-

acquisitions, structured leverage and synthetic lease fi nancings as well as in CCAA
restructurings. Martis has represented both international and Canadian banking institu-
