Jon Levin is repeatedly identifi ed as one of Canada's top 30 dealmakers and is the recip-

Peter Murphy's practice is primarily banking and fi nancial services law. He is repeat-
edly recognized as one of Canada's leading banking/fi nancial services lawyers in various
national and international directories. As a partner in the Financial Services Group at
Dentons' Toronto offi ce, he acts for Canadian domestic fi nancial institutions and foreign
banks. Murphy's practice includes: banking/corporate fi nancing, including syndicated
fi nancings, cross-border multi-currency transactions, project fi nancings, aircra fi nanc-
ing and leasing, and LBO fi nancings; Bank Act regulatory advice to both domestic and
