Keith Spencer is a partner with Fasken Martineau's Technology and Intellectual
Property Group and chairs the Vancouver offi ce's Securities and Technology Business
Unit. Spencer advises clients ranging from start-up and emerging technology companies
to large privately held technology companies. He is a member of boards and advisory
boards for a number of private early-stage and later-stage technology companies. Spencer
