Gordon Capern is a senior partner and a leader of the corporate and commercial litiga-
tion practice. Director of e Advocates' Society, and Vice-chair of its Standing Commit-

disputes in many areas of corporate and commercial activity, including issues arising from
complex commercial transactions, including M&A in a variety of industries, liability of
professional advisors, shareholder and partnership disputes, director, offi cer and employee
