sion actions, option valuation, fi duciary duties, energy disputes, surrounding leases,
unitization and ownership of pools, natural gas trading and construction matters. In the
securities realm, has been involved in hostile takeover fi ghts, proxy battles, contested
arrangements, disputes over voting classes and valuation of debentures. Named one of the
