PTW has been capitalized with significant investments from private-equity firms Metalmark Capital and NCA Partners, and reinvestment by the shareholders of Pyramid and Warwick & Kent. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. PTW Energy Services Ltd. is a newly formed privately held company headquartered in Nisku, Alberta, Canada. PTW is an energy services company providing electrical and instrumentation, and building fabrication services to energy, engineering and construction clients operat- ing across growing markets in Canada, the United States, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
