provides counsel on public off erings, M&A and business restructurings. Dale Lastman
is a Director of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. and is an Alternate NHL and
NBA Governor. Lastman also serves on the board of RioCan Real Estate Investment
Trust. In 2012, Lastman was recognized among "Toronto's 50 Most Infl uential
People" by Toronto Life magazine. He is a Director of Canada's "Top 40 Under 40," a

Desmond Lee is a partner at Osler specializing in capital markets activities.
He has extensive experience with initial public off erings, follow-on off erings and
private placements for issuers in a broad range of industries, including real estate,
power, diversifi ed, mining and biotech. Lee is a regular advisor to leading global and
bank-owned investment dealers on equity and debt transactions and regulatory matters
such as dealer registration and compliance with trading and marketplace rules. He
advises public companies on corporate governance, disclosure and securities law issues
and has served as the corporate secretary of a TSX-listed issuer. He is recognized as a

Jon Levin is repeatedly identifi ed as one of Canada's top 30 dealmakers and the
