Desmond Lee is a partner at Osler specializing in capital markets activities.

bank-owned investment dealers on equity and debt transactions and regulatory matters
such as dealer registration and compliance with trading and marketplace rules. He
advises public companies on corporate governance, disclosure and securities law issues
