As Co-chair, Syndicated Finance, Jeff Rogers practises in the fi rm's banking and
fi nancial services group with a focus on debt fi nancing transactions, including asset-
based lending, syndicated lending, M&A fi nancings, tender off er fi nancing, second lien,
