He has extensive experience in developing and executing strategies for obtaining necessary regulatory approvals for large-scale industrial projects, including oil sands facilities, coal mines and electric generation facilities. In his capac- ity as a regulatory lawyer, Ignasiak regularly advises clients on Aboriginal issues and has negotiated impact benefi t agreements.
