Mike Beairsto is a partner in the Business Law Department of Dentons Canada LLP,
practicing corporate commercial law and specializing in technology and e-commerce/
internet matters. Beairsto heads the Technology Law Group practice in the Toronto
offi ce and is a member of Dentons' Technology Group. Beairsto has extensive experience
