electricity and natural gas markets and infrastructure revitalization. Has experience

Infrastructure Group. Practice focuses on energy and infrastructure/P3 projects.
Acted for project participants, including owners, governmental authorities, developers,
contractors, operators, lenders, architects and engineers, including the Ontario Power
Authority, Hydro One, Emera, Pristine Power, Veresen, Pattern Energy, Atomic Energy
of Canada Limited, GTAA, Toronto Transit Commission and Cintra on matters
such as project structuring, project fi nancing, development, permitting, engineering,
procurement, equipment supply, construction, energy supply, power purchase and
off -take arrangements, outsourcing, privatization, operation, maintenance and

Gordon Cameron is a partner who practices regulatory litigation at Blake, Cassels
& Graydon LLP. He deals primarily in matters relating to natural gas utilities and
pipelines, before the National Energy Board and the Ontario Energy Board. Cameron
also acts as counsel to several federal administrative tribunals, and is active before the
Federal Courts on applications for judicial review and appeals related to regulatory
proceedings. Cameron has taught law as an Adjunct Professor, fi rst at the University
of Toronto Faculty of Law and, since 1990, at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.
