Éric Dunberry has acquired vast expertise in contentious and commercial matters, particularly in national and multijurisdictional cases involving energy, product liability, technology and pension-related matters. He regularly represents electricity, oil and natural gas producers and distributors as well as pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers in the context of commercial disputes, class actions, infrastructure projects and alternative dispute resolution methods. He acts for a wide array of corporate clients before trial and appeal courts, regulatory boards and administrative tribunals, including regulated entities in matters relating to rate-setting, permitting and approvals, market surveillance and complaints.
