Paul M. Lalonde is the Co-chair of the firm's Trade and Competition Law Group. He is
an expert in international trade law, including anti-dumping and countervail, customs,
import/export controls, international sanctions, anti-corruption and investment treaty
disputes. Lalonde is recognized as a leading expert in government procurement law,
including as counsel in dozens of bid challenge cases. He has been recognized as a leading
practitioner in international trade and procurement by several directories, including
Lexpert®, Chambers Global, Legal Post, Legal Media Group; and named 2012 Lawyer
of the Year, Toronto, international trade and finance law and 2014 Lawyer of the Year,
