ORYX PETROLEUM COMPLETES $250.5 MILLION PUBLIC OFFERING Closing date: May 15, 2013 Oryx Petroleum Corporation Limited (oryx petroleum) announced the successful completion of a $250,500,000 initial public offering of common shares and listing on the TSX. Following closing and based on the $15 offering price for Common Shares, Oryx Petroleum will have an initial market capitalization of approximately $1.5 billion. Oryx Petroleum is an international oil exploration company focused in Africa and the Middle East. Oryx Petroleum was founded in 2010 by The Addax and Oryx Group Limited and key members of the former senior management team of Addax Petroleum Corporation.
