Owais practices in the areas of commercial and securities
litigation. He has broad expertise, and has successfully
represented clients in shareholder disputes, business
disputes, securities class actions, and regulatory
matters involving the BC Securities Commission,
CIRO, the TSX, the BC Financial Services Authority,
and other commercial regulators. Owais also serves
as Chief Diversity Officer at Harper Grey, where
he leads the firm's efforts to identify, enhance
and implement best practices in all areas of
diversity and inclusion.
