ELECTRIC ROYALTIES ACQUIRES NET SMELTER REVENUE ROYALTY ON NORTHERN NORWAY'S RANA NICKEL PROJECT CLOSING DATE: JANUARY 27, 2022 On January 27, 2022, Electric Royalties Ltd. completed its acquisition of a 1-percent net smelter revenue royalty on the Rana nickel project. e Rana Project comprises four exploration licenses totalling 25 square kilo- metres in the Rana mafic-ultramafic intru- sion in Northern Norway, including the past producing Bruvann Nickel mine. Electric Royalties Ltd. is a royalty company set to take advantage of the demand for a wide range of commodities that will benefit from the drive to electrification. EUROVIA CANADA ACQUIRES PUBLIC WORKERS CONTRACTORS FROM NORTHERN GROUP OF COMPANIES CLOSING DATE: JANUARY 05, 2022 On January 05, 2022, Eurovia Canada Inc. acquired a group of public works contractors in the provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia from Northern Group of Companies. Eurovia Canada Inc., headquartered in Quebec, constructs transport infrastructure and urban developments and is a subsidiary of VINCI Construction. SKEENA RESOURCES CLOSES $30.9- MILLION NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING CLOSING DATE: DECEMBER 23, 2021 On December 23, 2021, Skeena Resources Limited ("Skeena") announced the closing of a structured non-brokered private placement offering of 1,471,739 flow-through common shares at a price of $21.00 per flow-through common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $30.9 million to Franco- Nevada Corporation ("Franco-Nevada"). As part of the transaction, Skeena agreed to grant Franco-Nevada a right of first refusal over the sale of a 0.5-percent net smelter return (NSR) royalty over the Eskay Creek gold- silver project ("Eskay Creek"), and the parties amended the terms of Franco-Nevada's existing 1.0-percent net smelter return royalty over the Eskay Creek gold-silver project. Skeena Resources is a Canadian mining exploration company focused on revital- izing the past-producing Eskay Creek gold- silver mine located in Tahltan Territory in the Golden Triangle of northwest British Columbia, Canada.
