Louis Amato-Gauci provides international trade, customs and transport regulatory advice to importers,
carriers and logistics providers, including with regard to tariff classification, origin, seizures, ascertained
forfeiture and AMPS, trade compliance verifications, and preferential tariff treatment under free trade
agreements. He also serves as lead counsel on mid-market M&A and financing transactions, and frequently
negotiates international sale of goods, logistics, supply and distribution agreements. Member: Canadian
