Serving as Co-Chair of McMillan's Competition and Trade Group, Neil is one of Canada's pre-eminent
competition lawyers. Neil's practice focuses on merger clearances under the Competition Act and Invest-
ment Canada Act; representation of clients in cartel investigations and class actions, as well other competi-
tion law proceedings; and advising on distribution issues. He is respected for his comprehensive knowledge
of competition law and expertise in dealing with economic and financial evidence. Neil represented PLDS in
