firm's Copyright & Digital Media practice
group, focusing on Trademarks, Copyright,
Personality and Publicity Rights, as well as
Marketing and Advertising Law, Consumer
Protection and Privacy Law. She advises on
legal issues related to the Internet and digital
media. Lovrics specializes in IP protection
and works with many of Canada's premium
brands, multi-national companies and law-
yers worldwide. Lovrics is a mentor at the
Intellectual Property Institute of Canada,
Vice-chair of its Copyright Policy Commit-
tee and an instructor at the Institute's Copy-
right Master Class at McGill. She served on

liott LLP, focusing on Mergers and Ac-
quisitions, Corporate Finance, Corpor-
ate Governance and Securities Law com-
pliance matters. Mann acts for public
companies and leading investment banks
on complex capital markets transactions,
including IPOs, acquisition financing,
cross-border offerings, takeover bids and
business combinations, frequently repre-
senting Canadian and US private-equity
firms on public and private M&A trans-
actions and strategic investments for a
range of industries. He leads several of
the firm's most valued client relationships
and was recently lead advisor on some of
Canada's most complex and high-profile
corporate transactions. Mann is a leader
in the McGill University alumni com-
munity and has led successful fundraisers
for some of Toronto's leading art institu-
tions. He taught Corporate Finance Law
at the University of Western Ontario on
a pro bono basis and has lectured at Os-
goode Hall Law School.
