James Brown Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP / Toronto James Brown is a member of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP's Corporate Group and Co-chair of the firm's Mining Group. Kyle Michael Brunner Seven Generations Energy Ltd. / Calgary roughout his career, Kyle Brunner has worked on Commercial Arrangements, Financing Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions. As Vice President & General Counsel at Seven Generations Energy Ltd., he has led the execution of a number of sig- nificant transactions and manages all other legal matters for the company, including litigation files, regulatory, employment and income tax matters.
