Ally Bharmal practises Corporate Finance,

DuMoulin LLP, providing advice for a var-
iety of private companies with an emphasis
on the technology and food, beverage and
agri-tech sectors. Bharmal pioneered Fas-
ken's food and beverage practice, served on
and as Corporate Secretary of various cor-
porate and community boards, led some
of Canada's market-leading transactions,
and been a key advisor to many of BC's
top technology and food companies. He
is a Director of the BC Food Processors
Association, Co-chair of its Finance Com-
mittee and founder of its Funding Food
Program. As Charter Member, Director
and President-elect, he has been involved
since 2009 in growing entrepreneurship
through TiE-Vancouver. He serves as Legal

Life Sciences, Binns worked in the molecu-

A. Danielle Bourgeois has a diverse Civil
Litigation practice at Field Law that in-
cludes Contract Disputes, Debt Collec-
tion, Insurance Defence, Personal Injury,
Fraud, Shareholder Disputes, Residential
Construction, Foreclosure, Judgment Re-
covery, and Commercial and Residential
Leases. She also prosecutes regulatory mat-
ters under the Public Health Act. She men-
tors junior lawyers and articling students at
her firm and is a member of the Canadian
Bar Association's Debtor and Creditor
(North), Insurance (North), General Liti-
gation, Creditor's Rights and Civil Litiga-
tion (North) Sections. She volunteers at
the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton and
an Assistant Coach of MacEwan Univer-
sity's women's hockey team. As a former
President and Assistant Coach, Bourgeois

University of Alberta Pandas Hockey pro-
