Effective upon closing, the company
amended and upsized its revolving credit
facility to $1.425 billion with an accordion

OF D+H COLLATERAL
MANAGEMENT CORP.

On August 3, 2018, an affiliated entity of
Teranet Inc., CM Solutions Inc., acquired all
of the issued and outstanding shares of D+H
Collateral Management Corp., a division of
Finastra Holdings Inc.
Teranet is Canada's leader in the delivery
of statutory registry services and is owned by
OMERS Infrastructure, the infrastructure
investment manager of OMERS, which is
the defined benefit pension plan for Ontar-
io's municipal employees.
D+H Collateral Management Corp. is
the market leader in Canadian lien registra-
tion and search, asset recovery services, and
insolvency management.
TD Securities and e Bank of Nova Sco-
tia co-led a senior credit financing in support
of the acquisition.
Teranet was represented in-house by Agos-
tino Russo, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate
Secretary, and Jacqueline Hawkins, Senior
Legal Counsel. Teranet was assisted external-
ly by Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP with
a team led by Ian Palm and that included,
