CHORUS AVIATION COMPLETES $100M BOUGHT DEAL OFFERING CLOSING DATE: MARCH 13, 2018 Chorus Aviation has completed its previously announced bought deal public offering of 11,628,000 common shares of Chorus, which, for greater certainty, means for Canadian investors, Class B Voting Shares of Chorus, and for non-Canadian investors, Class A Variable Voting Shares of Chorus (collectively, the Shares) at $8.60 per Share for gross proceeds $100,000,800. RBC Capital Markets and CIBC Capital Markets acted as joint bookrunners for the offering with a syndicate that included Scotia Capital Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., TD Securities Inc., Cor- mark Securities Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Paradigm Capi- tal Inc. e underwriters have the option to purchase up to an addi- tional 1,744,200 Shares at $8.60 per Share to cover over-allotments, if any, and for market stabilization purposes, during the 30 days fol- lowing the closing of the offering (the Over-Allotment Option). e exercise of the Over-Allotment Option may result in additional gross proceeds of up to $15,000,120. e net proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the growth of Chorus Aviation Capital, Chorus' aircra leasing business, including the acquisition of aircra intended for or currently on lease to third parties, as well as for working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes. INTERRENT REIT COMPLETES $98M BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING CLOSING DATE: MARCH 28, 2018 On March 28, 2018, InterRent REIT (InterRent) successfully com- pleted a $97,848,900 public offering, made on a bought deal basis.
