Dom Glavota is a senior practitioner in Gowling WLG's Hamilton office, practicing financing, real estate
and restructuring and insolvency law. Glavota is an executive member of the firm's Financial Services
Industry Group. Glavota has worked with Gowling WLG's Practice Innovation Group to develop,
implement and refine new models for the efficient delivery of legal services for loan documentation and
recovery of defaulted loans. Glavota routinely acts for major financial institutions and non-institutional
lenders on domestic and international transactions and has been involved with financings for a variety
of businesses with operations in Canada and the United States, including the agricultural, automotive,
energy, manufacturing, media, shipping/logistics and telecommunications sectors.

Mark Tamminga is a Partner and the Leader of Innovation Initiatives at Gowling WLG. Tamminga
practices in real estate law and recovery services, with a focus on mortgage remedies, creditors' rights and
general insolvency. He has a particular interest in the area of practice automation soware tools for lawyers,
having automated the Gowling WLG Recovery Services practice and having designed and built a number
of additional practice systems in the areas of debt collection, loan placement and civil litigation. He is also
responsible for the firm's transformational Practical LPM process improvement and project management
program. In 2015, he was recognized as one of the 25 most influential lawyers in Canada by Canadian
Lawyer magazine for his role in leading change initiatives at the firm. Tamminga is a regular presenter
on the subject of automation in legal practice, and has participated in numerous technology conferences
in Canada and the United States.
